What a courageous battle Bill waged, with his strong and loving family by his side! His remarkable strength of spirit, humor, and calm dignity through all these challenging months are shining examples to follow. Though we cannot help but loathe the pain of missing him here, our hearts are lifted, knowing Bill is now at peace in Paradise.

Dear Mrs. Nyhan: I worked with Bill in Glen Rock, and I am saddened by his passing, although I know he is now at peace. He was such a wonderful person, and he always had a smile on his face, even throughout his illness. His life and the way that he fought his battle with cancer was an inspiration to me. Dear Mrs. Nyhan, Sean and Gregory, Bill and I met in the early 80s at UJB: more days than either he or I were ever willing to admit. There was always an element of fun when anyone was in Bill's presence. The world was a much nicer place with Bill Nyhan. His smile and humor will be missed, but mostly remember by those who had the pleasure of being his friend and colleague. May God keep him alive in your hearts each day. With deepest sympathy.
