It is with my deepest and saddest regret that I hear of the death of Mr. Joseph C. Duffy. I only met Mr. Duffy a short time ago through a mutual friend. For the short time we spoke I soon realized why my friend introduced me to Mr. Duffy. Mr, Duffy exhibited caring for the people who surrounded and made up his world, especially his Brother-in-Law Butch. Mr. Duffy will be missed exhibiting his laughter when it was time to laugh and his caring when it was time to care. I am sure he is still sharing his positive attitude with the people that have gone before us including my Dad. I am also sadden by the fact that I did not get a chance to build my friendship with Mr. Duffy, but I realize that our paths will once again cross, and then I will say "remember me?"

Dear Kira- I was so sad to hear the news of Joe. He was such a great guy. I still have such a clear image of him at Harvey Cedars helping Ben Rhoads out in the ocean. To my second family.. I want to thank you all for allowing me to be a part of your family for all these years and for all the time we were able to share together here in this life, things will never be the same without Joey, I dont understand why he had to go...but I know when its my turn I will find him,so watch out Joey.., In the meantime,I am going to believe in my heart that that it was his turn to finally find peace and spend time with all our loved ones who were there to welcome him when he left us to be with them.
