Dear Marilyn, My deepest sincerest condolences are extended to you and your family for your loss. During Mike�s tenure at Honeywell, I was blessed with his presence for many years as his administrative assistant and will miss his ongoing friendship that remained after he moved on with other endeavors. He was unequivocally the best boss one could encounter; he not only exuding mentorship, fairness and friendship amongst his colleagues, he exuding a human side that is rare to find in Corporate today. I will hold on to and cherish the memories and talks we shared about family and life in general. He lit up like a Christmas tree when he spoke of you and your journey with educating yourself; Marissa and her love for horses; and with all of the other family stories he shared of his family adventures and achievements - - he was so proud of you all. The dedication and commitment he showed in the office was second to none compared to the dedication, commitment and love for his family and church. He was a good man, I was blessed to have known him and the depths of my soul will miss him. My Prayers are with you and your family. Psalm 46:1-2 - God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea.
