Obituary of Ninette Ann Grannis

Ninette A. Grannis, age 77 of Montvale, died unexpectedly on Sunday, December 23, 2018.  She was born in Passaic, NJ and had lived in Cresskill and most recently, Montvale.  Ninette was a homemaker retired from operating an orchard and farm in Montvale.  She also enjoyed swimming and spending time with her family at their beach house on Fire Island.  She was predeceased by her husband, Grosvener Grannis in 2014.  Ninette is survived by her two sons; Richard and Robert Grannis both of Montvale, her sisters; Linda Leuthold of Kinnelon, NJ and Lori Antman of Galveston, TX.  Also surviving are her nine  nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481. Funeral Services for Ninette will be private.
