Obituary of Cheryl Ouidad
Cheryl Ouidad, of Nanuet, NY, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Cheryl grew up in Teaneck graduating Teaneck High School before moving to Nanuet.
She was a graduate of Boston University, holding two Masters Degrees and her PHD studies were in progress. Cheryl worked as an Information Technology Specialist for New York Life Insurance in White Plains, NY.
She and her children also attended Hawthorne Gospel Church in Hawthorne, NJ. Cheryl was a devoted mother, loving sister, enjoyed spending time with her friends, going to the beach with her family, was a very warm and generous person.
She is survived by her two children, Felissa and Adam, her sister Michel Yovich and her nephew Joshua Yovich of Wyckoff, NJ and her 1st cousin Renee Gibson and her daughter Patrice as well as numerous other cousins, family and friends.
Visiting hours are 5:00 to 8:00pm on Friday, December 7, at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ and 10:00 to 11:00am on Saturday, December 8 at the Cornerstone Christian Church, 495 Wyckoff Ave, Wyckoff, NJ. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday at the Cornerstone Christian Church. Interment will follow at the George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
