Obituary of Antonio Moretto

Antonio Moretto, age 84, of Woodside NY & Allendale, NJ, passed away on Thursday, 10/26, 2018.  Antonio was born in Quaglietta, Italy and lived in Woodside, NY before moving to Allendale, NJ 9 years ago.

Antonio was a dedicated and hardworking tailor in New York City; and greatly enjoyed his craft, continuing to sew throughout his whole life.

He is survived by his spouse, Giulia and his two daughters Rosa Terracciano & Lucia Kurtz their spouses Daniel Terracciano & Jonathan Kurtz. He has two beautiful grandchildren that he adored, Julianna Terracciano & Antonio Kurtz.  He is also survived by his sister, Gerardina Battista and brother in law Rocco Battista.

The family will receive friends on Monday 10/29/18  5-9pm, Tuesday 10/30/18 2-4pm & 6-9pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home,  www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10/31/18, 10am at the Guardian Angel Church, Allendale,NJ.  

Interment at St. Michaels Cemetery in East Elmhurst, NY.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the The American Heart Association.
