Obituary of Shane Myer

Shane Myer, 21, of Midland Park, died tragically on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.  Born in New York, NY, Shane lived in Wyckoff before moving to Midland Park.

He was a Diesel Mechanic for Hoover Truck and Bus Center in Flanders and just recently earned his CDL.  He was a member of the Wyckoff Fire Department Protection Co. #1 and a graduate of Ramapo High School.

Shane leaves behind his parents Eugene Myer of Midland Park and Janet Myer of Wyckoff, his brother Brandon, his grandparents Jack and Joan Myer of Wantage and Louis and Mary Infuso of Northvale, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  

The family will receive friends on Sunday 2 - 6 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home,  www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ.  Funeral Service will be Monday, 10:30 am at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at the Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery.
