Obituary of Debbie Vetter

Deborah Ann Vetter (Debbie), 43 years old, passed away on August 8, 2017.  Debbie was born in Westwood, NJ and grew up in Ramsey,NJ and lived in White Plains, NY before her passing. 

Debbie worked as a hairdresser and in retail prior to falling ill a few years ago. Her love of people, finding the joy in simple things and beautiful spirit never wavered even as her condition worsened. Her bravery and determination are beyond measure. Although her journey here is over, her purpose will live on.

 
She is survived by her parents, Jack and Kathy Vetter, sister Kim Jordan and her husband Mark Jordan, sister Lori Stewart, and by her cherished nieces and nephew, Brooke, Hailey and Chase. She leaves behind countless others whose lives she has touched in different ways

. 
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 12-4 pm, with a remembrance ceremony at 4 pm, at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ.

 
In lieu of flowers, donations in Debbie’s memory can be made to one of two organizations close to her heart. They are the Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge in Oakland, NJ, and Fight 4 Autism.
