Obituary of Edward Czysz

CZYSZ, Edward age 93, died peacefully on Friday, April 27, 2007 at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Ed was born in Jersey City, NJ on January 2, 1914. After his retirement 30 years ago Ed and Joan moved to Florida to enjoy the sunshine. Surviving is his wife of 66 years, Joan (nee Rakfal), his devoted daughter Christina Rad of Hasbrouck Heights, his grandchildren Rita and her husband Gerry Wollner of Midland Park, Emil Rad and his wife Melissa of Hillsdale, and Lisa and her husband Manny Villaran of Pembroke Pines, FL, Kristin and her husband Kirk Siraci of Rockledge, FL, and Erica and her husband Chris Stevens of Melbourne, FL. He was adored by his great grandchildren, Julia, Kyle, Olivia, Ava, Gabriela, Brandon, and Shelby. He also leaves his sister Helen Pubylski, and his brother Charles. Ed was pre-deceased by his son Edward David in 2005. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 30, 2007 at 9: 00am from the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff. Funeral Mass will follow at 9:30am at the Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect Street, Midland Park. Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
