Obituary of Kevin Mahoney

MAHONEY, Kevin John, Sr. age 52, died peacefully on Monday, April 9, 2007 at the Hackensack University Medical Center. Kevin was born in New York City on December 11, 1954. He was a resident of Midland Park for the past 29 years. Kevin was a Courier with Federal Express in Maywood for 25 years. He was a parishioner of the Church of the Nativity in Midland Park, and served his country in the United States Navy. Surviving is his loving wife of 30 years, Frances C. (Segur), his devoted children, Kevin J., Jr. of Hillsdale, and Michael E. and Kaitlin J. both of Mahwah. Kevin also leaves his mother Mary Mahoney of Whiting, NJ, and his brother and sisters, John Mahoney, Carol Gilligan, Mary Provenzano, Teresa O'Brien, Kerry Boswell, and Aileen Hillermeier, and many nieces and nephews. Kevin was pre-deceased by his father John Mahoney in 1973. Funeral services will be held Friday 9:00 am from the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Aveune, Wyckoff. Funeral Mass will follow 9:30 am at the Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect Street, Midland Park. Interment will be in the Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah. Visiting is Thursday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. www.vpfh.com
