Obituary of Victor Nielsen

Victor G. Nielsen, age 78 of Brick, NJ died Friday, April 6, 2007. Born in Queens, New York he lived most of his life in Waldwick befor moving to Brick 5 years ago. Victor worked in sales for Sherland-Farrington Co. New York City for 35 years before his retirement. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council # 5257, and a former member of St. Luke's R.C. Church, Ho Ho Kus, NJ. He was also involved in the Duffers Golf Club. Surviving is his wife Joan (nee Millar) Nielsen of Waldwick, his two daughters, Pat Loscalzo and Donna Allegretta both of Waldwick, his three sons, Mark of Randolph, David of Waldwick and Thomas of Metuchen. His seven grandchildren, Vicky, Mary, Matthew, Christopher, Steven, Madison and Chase. His two great grandchildren, Rebecca and Joseph. Also surviving are his four sisters and one brother. He was predeceased by his 1st wife, Juanita in 1957 and his 2nd wife Mary in 1983 and a daughter Vicky Nielsen in 1967. Visiting Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ followed by a Funeral Service Tuesday 11 AM. Interment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
