Obituary of Hester Klopman

Hester Klopman, (nee Van Slooten) age 90 of Oakland died Monday, March 19, 2007 at Oakland Care Center. Born in Paterson, she was a resident of Midland Park most of her life before moving to Oakland. Hester was a Homemaker and was a member of the Christian Reformed Church of Midland Park. Surviving is her daughter, Linda Kaye of Mahwah, her sons, Gary Jr. and Arthur brother of Richmondville, NY and Larry of Midland Park. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Garrett A. (Gary) in 2003, her daughter, Betty Sullivan in 1983 and her sister, Gertrude Grey in 2004. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Olthuis Funeral Home, 159 Godwin Ave. Midland Park, NJ followed by a Funeral Service Thursday at 10 AM. Interment Valleau Cemetery, Ridgewood.
