Obituary of Laura Solimine

Laura Solimine, (nee Abbiati) age 93 died Monday, January 22, 2007. Born in Astoria, New York she lived in Waldwick for 35 years before moving to Hawthorne. Laura was a Retail Sales Clerk for the Wyckoff Children's Shop of Wyckoff for many years before her retirement in 1990. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony's R.C. Church, Hawthorne, NJ. Surviving is her son Charles A. and her daughter in law, Patricia Solimine of Hawthorne, NJ. Her grandson Charles Anthony "Tony" and his wife Lorraine Solimine of North Haledon, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband Angelo C. "Chick" Solimine in 2002, her two brothers, Emil and Lou Abbiati, and her two sisters, Adele Vadastri and Clara Abbiati. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ followed by a Funeral Service on Friday at 10:30 AM. Interment Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes, NJ.
