Obituary of Timothy Van Goor

VAN GOOR, Timothy Peter age 23 of Midland Park, died Sunday, October 3, 2010. Born in Ridgewood, Tim was a lifelong resident of Midland Park. Tim was a wonderful son, brother and uncle. He was a very talented musician and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survived by his mother and father, Joan and Harold; his brothers William and his wife Sara, David and his wife Kristin, Keith and his wife Annie, and John. Tim also leaves his grandparents, Gladys Van Goor and Calvin and Marilyn Cok, also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his grandfather Harold A. Van Goor. A graveside service will be held Friday 9:30 AM at the Redeemer Cemetery on Chapel Road in Mahwah. Following will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM at the Midland Park Christian Reformed Church, 183 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park. Visiting will be Thursday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (www.vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff.
