Obituary of Victoria Ebersbach

Victoria J. Ebersbach, formerly a life-long resident of Wyckoff, died peacefully Sunday morning, September 20, 2009 at her residence in Peachtree City, GA. She was 93 years old. Victoria was the daughter of Nettie and Edward Mann. A long-time member and elder of the Wyckoff Reformed Church, she was known for her many years of volunteering at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood and was active in the Wyckoff Historical Society, the Audubon Society and Meals on Wheels. Victoria is survived by her children, Joy Garde of Peachtree City GA, Edward Johnson of Vero Beach, FL, Joanne Ebersbach of New York City, Robert Ebersbach of Sparta, NJ and James Ebersbach of Baldwinsville, NY.; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, John E. Johnson, her second husband, Frank R. Ebersbach and her brother Edward W. Mann. Visiting, Sunday, September 27, 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Vander Plaat Funeral Home 257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff. Funeral Service, Monday Sept 28, 11:00 AM. at Wyckoff Reformed Church, 580 Wyckoff Ave., Wyckoff, with Rev. David Bach officiating. Interment will follow in the church's cemetery.
