Obituary of Ana Greco

GRECO, Ana, age 78, died Sunday, July 5, 2009. Ana was born in Calamonaci, Sicily on Jan 19, 1931. She came to the United States in 1971, settling with her family in New York City and later became a U.S. citizen. A devoted homemaker, Ana was an accomplished designer, seamstress and musician. Surviving Ana is her loving husband Giacomo Greco, her son David Greco and his wife Denise, her daughter-in-law Sheila, and her 8 grandchildren Anafaye, Christi, Giacomo, Miriam, David, Andrea, Rafael, and Michaela. Ana is also survived by her brother Simon of Queens, N.Y. Visiting hours will be Wednesday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff, NJ, www.vpfh.com. Funeral service will be Thursday at 10:30 am at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Redeemer Cemetery in Mahwah, N.J.
