Obituary of Christos Koukos

Koukos, Christos, age 92 of Paramus, NJ died Friday, April 3, 2009 at his home. Born in Lowell, MA he lived in Wyckoff before moving to Paramus 25 years ago. Chris was a WW II Army veteran. He was a Technical Engineer for WPIX Broadcasting Company, New York for 31 years before his retirement in 1978 covering the New York Yankees telecasts. He was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, Wyckoff. Surviving is his wife of 55 years Dorothy (nee Borloglou) Koukos of Paramus, his son Chris and his wife Cira of Midland Park, his grandchildren, Alyssa and Danielle. He was predeceased by his son, Paul in 1976. Visiting Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral Service Monday 11 am at St. Nicholas G.O.
