Obituary of Richard Pisano

PISANO, Richard, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Born in Paterson, he lived there until moving to North Haledon 39 years ago. Richard was a self-employed carpenter and painter for many years. Prior to retiring he worked with Beckerle Lumber Supply of Spring Valley, NY. He attended Bethany Church of Wyckoff for 26 years. Loving father of Neoma Kestenholz and Sal Pisano. He is also survived by his three grandchildren: Albert and wife Tabitha Kestenholz, Brian and his wife Jasmine Kestenholz and John Kestenholz, his four great-grandchildren: Gianna, Isabella, James and Giancarlo, and his sister Gina and husband Bill Imbaratto of Sussex. Richard was predeceased by his beloved wife Winnie in 2008, to whom he was married for 66 years. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, (www.vpfh.com) 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. Funeral service, Monday, 10:30 AM at the funeral home followed by interment at Redeemer Cemetery, Mahwah.
