Obituary of Edward Barnabic

BARNABIC, Edward V., age 80, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Born in New York City, he lived in Mahwah before moving to Allendale in 1976. Edward served in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953. He was an Electrical Engineer working for various telecommunications companies including Western Union, Motorola and World Com. Edward is survived by his loving wife Ruth and his children Janet Degelman of Waldwick, Paul Barnabic of Ramsey and Thomas Barnabic of Silt, CO. He is also survived by his adoring grandchildren, Laura, Amy, Kathryn, Paul, Nick, and Taylor. Cremation was private. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2009, 11 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 14 Hope Street, Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
